Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed bids will be received for furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of the 2026 CDBG Street Rehabilitation Project. The successful bidder is required to pay wages equal to or exceeding the minimum wages as currently published by the US Department of Labor and HUD-4010, Federal Labor Standard Provisions. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, except where an approved waiver applies. Bidders must address their bids to the Director of Public Works, and follow instructions provided for obtaining bid documents and submitting questions. All questions shall be submitted no later than 8:00 am on Friday , June 12 , 2026 , through written only and directed to the Public Works Engineer , Josh Snyder at jsnyder1@cityofsandusky.com .
