To become a Registered Bidder, documents must be purchased and include bid registration, a hard copy set, and a full set of PDF files. Each bid must be submitted using the provided Proposal Form and be accompanied by a bank or cashier's check, money order, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as a guarantee of contract execution and submission of a satisfactory 100% surety bond if awarded. All bids must comply with state regulations on labor, wage rates, and employment hours. The right is reserved to accept any bidder, reject any or all bids, and waive informalities as determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bedford Heights.
