Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority (Metro) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to construct connecting sidewalks to the following bus stop locations at SE Bellview Avenue near the Town Homes at SE 25th Street, SE Indiana Avenue at 27th Street, and SE Indiana Avenue at 29th Street in the City of Topeka. This is a single-job contract. Contract must be completed November 1, 2026. Allowances for obtaining permits and tax exempt certificates, processing change orders and rain delays have been incorporated into the schedule. Contractor should show steady progress throughout the term of the contract. Topeka Metro's current DBE goal is 1.68%. There is no DBE goal for this contract. If your firm is a DBE, or if you will be sub-contracting with a DBE, please attach a copy of the current DBE certificate. Metro reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors.
