Job No: 20251044-PRWK The City of Anderson , South Carolina (Owner ) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project : Digester Valve Replacement The Project includes the following Work : repairing one ( 1) broken valve on the primary anaerobic digester and removing two (2) broken valves on the secondary anaerobic digester and replacing them with one ( 1) new valve and 6-foot diameter manhole . Bids will be received for a single prime Contract . Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form . The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids . The Project has an expected duration of two hundred seventy (270 ) days. The Owner hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color , sex, or national origin in consideration for an Award .
