Site work for a water / sewer project in Anderson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of repairing one broken valve on the primary anaerobic digester and removing two broken valves on the secondary anaerobic digester, replacing them with one new valve and a 6-foot diameter manhole. The work is to be completed within two hundred seventy (270) days. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Bidders are required to provide a detailed listing of all subcontractors and documentation that both the general contractor and its subcontractors meet minimum qualifications, including that none appear on the SAM.gov disbarment list. Mark-ups on subcontractor work or cost-plus overhead will not be reimbursed. Bidders are also required to comply with all applicable federal and safety regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and labor standards. For all other requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, bidders must refer to the instructions included in the bidding documents.
