This is a request to qualify for eligibility to provide multiple urban services for Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario. Services required include Urban Planner, Real Estate Appraiser, Land Surveyor, and Inspection Engineer (Geotechnical and Environmental Assessments) for various sites within the Ottawa and Surrounding Area, Prescott – Russel Area, and Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Area. Only respondents included on the Qualified Supplier Roster (QSR) will be invited to bid on projects. Respondents may apply for any service in one or more regions if able to meet the requirements. The Procurement Restriction Policy restricts procurement from U.S. businesses, defined as those headquartered in the U.S. with fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada. Quotations from non-eligible U.S. businesses will be considered non-compliant and not evaluated. Respondents must demonstrate eligibility before their quotation is accepted.
