This is a request to qualify for eligibility to provide Architect Services for Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvel-Ontario for renovation/construction projects with estimated construction budgets between $100,000 to $3,000,000 in the Greater Sudbury and surrounding area (including Warren, Espanola, St Charles, Noëlville) and the Algoma Region (including Dubreuilville, Sault Ste Marie, Northshore, Chapleau, and Hornepayne). Only respondents on the Vendor of Record list will be invited to bid on projects with these budgets. Projects valued at $3 million or more will be publicly tendered. Respondents may select one or more regions for prequalification. Proposals must be submitted via Bonfire. Only eligible non-U.S. businesses will be considered. Prequalification proposals are solicited from qualified architects interested in being placed on the Board’s Vendor of Record for these projects. Pre-qualification requirements: Respondents must not be considered a U.S. business (defined as having its headquarters or main office located in the U.S. and fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada) to be considered eligible.
