Defence Construction Canada is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement to provide 'as and when required' Tank Compliance and Maintenance services specific to Department of National Defence requirements at CFB Edmonton, Alberta. The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program within Public Services and Procurement Canada. Reference Instructions to Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330E), Paragraph 2.6 - Tenderers are advised that Bid Security IS NOT required for this opportunity.
