Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Massena, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall remove and replace the existing vehicle gate systems at GLS Maintenance Base, Eisenhower and Snell Locks with new, fully functional, automatic horizontal cantilever sliding gate and operator systems that meet current safety, operational, and performance requirements. All work must be performed in exact accordance with the solicitation and attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of solicitation closing. Contractors are instructed to review Attachment B – Pricing Sheet for the schedule of supplies and services. The awarded contractor will perform services at GLS Maintenance Base, Eisenhower and Snell Locks located in Massena, NY 13662. The contractor shall complete all work within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
