The Project consists generally of the following major items : Stream channel reconstruction and bank stabilization between Kelley Court and Bernadette Lane on private property . Work shall include clearing , tree removal , debris removal , grading , excavation and temporary shoring . Additional items include , but are not limited to , traffic control , curb , gutter and sidewalk removal , paving and striping , erosion control and soil stabilization , planting , seeding , mulching , restoration of existing roadway and residential infrastructure , and other related items . Please note that delivery delays may occur , and the Bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that the bid is received at the specified location prior to the bid opening time .
