Repair work to the Ardmore High School Building located at 701 Veterans Blvd. Ardmore, OK 73401. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Questions regarding this Notice and Solicitation of Bids may be directed to: Scott Foster, Director of Operations scott@ardmoreschools.org 1. Performance Bond - 100% of Contract Amount 2. Statutory Bond - 100% of Contract Amount 3. Warranty Bond - 100% of Contract Amount The Work of the Project ("Work") is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Repair work for damage caused by flooding in rooms 56, 57, 58, 59 (computer lab), 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, and 68 including, but not limited to, the following: a. Replacing framing; b. Installing drywall and gypsum; c. Removing and replacing ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, and acoustic tiles in ten rooms; d. Install sound board on all demo walls before installing sheetrock over it; e. Texture and paint all sheetrock walls; f. Taping and bedding new gypsum walls; g. Fabricating and installing millwork to match water damaged millwork; h. Installing laminate CLAD cabinets; i. Removing and replacing flooring with carpet squares and/or tile flooring in all ten rooms with cove base; j. Retiling a hallway corridor; k. Repairing, replacing, and reattaching damaged studs; l. Install cabinets on one entire wall in nine classrooms to include countertop material, doors, closures, knobs, backsplash, and stops; m. Cleaning and removal of debris; and n. Replacement of electrical outlets, data cabling, etc to be performed outside of the project by skilled trades. REPAIR WORK A. 90 Percent of all metal studs and doorways are loose and/or bent and need attached, replaced, secured before starting on walls. B. Replace ceiling entire grid system and acoustic tiles in all 10 rooms. C. Install sound board on all demo walls before installing sheetrock over it. (walk through specs on these 2 items to be provided) D. Texture and paint all sheetrock walls. (color chosen later by Owner) E. Cove base and flooring in all 10 rooms. (color of carpet, tile, and cove base chosen by Owner) F. Cabinets on one entire wall in 9 classrooms to include countertop material, doors, closures, knobs, backsplash, and stops. G. Paint or stain work finishing on cabinets with knobs and closures. (chosen by Owner) H. Walk through we will show samples of cabinets we like. I. Carpet squares and/or tile flooring in all 10 rooms with cove base. J. Height and thickness of soundboard and sheetrock to be covered in walk through. K. Replacement of electrical outlets, data cabling, etc to be performed outside of the project by skilled trades. L. Debris, including brick, footings, concrete, stone, metals and similar materials shall become property of Contractor and shall be disposed of daily, to avoid accumulation at the work site. Contractor shall dispose debris in compliance with applicable federal, state or local permits, rules and/or regulations. M. Remove and legally dispose of all materials, other than earth to remain as part of project work, from any trash dumps shown. Materials removed shall become property of contractor and shall be disposed of in compliance with applicable federal, state or local permits, rules and/or regulations. construction period, which shall begin no earlier than JUNE 29th, 2026 and completed no later than DECEMBER 18th , 2026
