Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of road improvements to serve Thompson Road (FM. 762) under TXDOT-TR26040015 and TR26040016, LJA Job No. 2198-1703. Bids may be submitted either in person or electronically through the specified website, with registration required for electronic bidding. Documentation for the project can be examined or obtained from the engineer's office or the provided website, with associated non-refundable fees for copies. Bid security in the form of bid bonds or cashier's checks in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the submitted bid is required. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
