Proposals should be marked "RFQ Engineering Services Village of Wyoming" and may be submitted in two copies by mail in a sealed envelope or electronically as one PDF file. The Village encourages Section 3 Businesses, Minority-owned Business Enterprises, and Woman-owned Business Enterprises to submit qualifications. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The contract awarded will specify the scope and extent of work along with other essential requirements.
