Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The River Authority is seeking bids for Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) Improvements Work Package 1. The awarded contractor will be expected to rehabilitate and/or replace approximately 6,000 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch sanitary sewer gravity main. The design consists of a combination of pipe bursting and open cut methods to rehabilitate and replace existing River Authority sanitary sewer segments in Bexar County right of way (ROW). Construction shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents and all exhibits and attachments identified in the table of contents. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall examine carefully the Bid, Plans, Specifications, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Provisions, Addenda, Contract Forms, and sites of the proposed work. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the character, quality and quantities of work to be performed and materials to be furnished. The submission of a bid by a bidder shall be conclusive evidence that they have complied with these requirements. Claims for additional compensation due to variation between conditions actually encountered in construction and as indicated by the plans will not be allowed.
