The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Adair County. The work required includes HVAC, carpentry, paint and finish, flooring, and plumbing. The work must be completed within 50 working days, with work beginning within two weeks of notification. A penalty of $100.00 per working day will be charged for extensions beyond the contract end date. Bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up to be considered responsive/responsible.
