Renovation of an educational facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of July 14, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Furnish labor and materials for LSUS BE Building 2 and 3 floor repairs. All bids must be submitted via email. Bidders must provide bid security equal to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount, also from an approved surety. Bids will be accepted from contractors licensed for Building Construction. Bidders must comply with all provisions and requirements cited in the advertisement, those on the bid form, and relevant state statutes. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
