Please see Attachment 1 Specifications document for further details. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Attendees will meet at the Perry NRCS Field Office, 1302 Highway 77N, Perry, Oklahoma. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, including the removal and disposal of trees, snags, logs, brush, stumps, shrubs, and rubbish from designated areas; performing excavation as required by the drawings and specifications and disposing of excavated materials; constructing earth embankments, earthfills, and backfills in accordance with the drawings and specifications; furnishing and spreading topsoil to specified depths at designated locations; furnishing, forming, placing, finishing, and curing Portland cement concrete for the structures described in Section 24 of the specifications; furnishing and installing steel pipe complete with lining, coating, fittings, and appurtenances; and furnishing seed, labor, and equipment for seeding designated areas.
