MnDOT requests letters of interest for Special Inspections and Testing (SIT) Services for Virginia Headquarters (HQ) that is in process of preparing for the erecting of new buildings in varied areas of the existing site. SIT services are required at different intervals to ensure proper installation. Project Goal The goal of this project is to provide comprehensive SIT services to ensure that all building construction activities comply with applicable building codes, project specifications, and approved construction documents. These services are intended to verify that critical structural, architectural, civil, and life-safety components are constructed in accordance with design intent, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this Announcement must submit questions, by email, to the Contract Administrator: Daniel Duffy, Contract Administrator Daniel.duffy@state.mn.us Questions regarding this Announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00 pm Central Time, on 6/11/2026.
