Services may include: Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the duration of the project; performing full-time inspection services for bridge construction activities over I-24, including structural elements, traffic control coordination, and safety compliance; providing inspection services for roadway construction activities on an as-needed basis, scaled to active construction operations; coordinating with the City, Contractor, utilities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery; monitoring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, TDOT standards, and City requirements; and providing documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping necessary to support project administration and payment. The method of payment will be direct cost plus net fee with an estimated schedule of approximately thirty (30) months.
