The City of Boynton Beach Public Works Engineering Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide construction services for the complete renovation and expansion of Pence Park at 600 SE 4th Street, Boynton Beach, Florida 33435. The work includes demolition and removal of existing site improvements, clearing and grading, incorporation of adjacent right of way areas, construction of a synthetic turf multi-purpose field with fencing, lighting, bleachers and shade structure, four pickleball courts, a new main building with multipurpose room, restroom, office and support spaces, parking, playground area with shade cover, maintenance/storage building, security fence, and dumpster to meet City code and requirements/standards. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, transportation and services necessary to complete the project, including all required engineering, shop drawings, documentation to obtain applicable permits, bonds, securities, licenses, and insurance. All work must comply with the project bid documents, design plans, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable regulatory requirements. The City reserves the right to award to more than one contractor. The contractor(s) shall act as independent contractors and not as employees of the City.
