Sealed bid proposals are requested for the WALKWAY UPGRADE PROJECT at Tanglewood Community Nature Center, Inc. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents. Plans, Specifications, and Proposal Forms may be requested by email from the project's representative at Fagan Engineers & Land Surveyors, PC. No hard copies will be provided and it is the bidder's responsibility to obtain all bid documents, including any addenda. No pre-bid conference is scheduled, but bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the scope and location of the project. Bidders must make a Good Faith Effort in the utilization of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and provide reports on the participation of various business enterprises of subcontractors and suppliers. All bidders are subject to the terms of the State of New York Contract for Grants - Standard Terms and Conditions. Upon selection, contractors for contracts equaling or exceeding $100,000 must submit a Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire and provide proof of Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits Insurance Coverage for employees, or proof of exemption.
