Reference Number 0000426449 The Port of Oakland (Port) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified teams of consultants for providing on-call construction management (CM) services for federally funded projects. The Consultant(s) selected will provide construction management services for various Port construction projects for a three-year period. This RFQ is being issued concurrently with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Construction Management Support Services for non-Federally Funded Projects at the Port of Oakland. Qualified consulting firms may submit SOQs for both RFQs. The Port intends to select six (6) Consultant/Teams to provide CM Services, three (3) of which will be subject to Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) provisions incorporated into this RFQ, and three (3) of which will be subject to the Ports Non-Discrimination and Small/Local Business Utilization Policy (NDSLBUP). Individual Technical Service Orders (TSO) will be issued for CM assignments on a project-by-project basis. for both contracts over the three-year contract period.
