Bohn Elementary School, Bohn Elementary School, Kelly Elementary School, Jacobson Elementary School and Freiler Elementary School these are the painting projects. - Contract 2026/27-005 - Contract 2026/27-004 - Contract 2026/27-003 - Contract 2026/27-002 - Contract 2026/27-001 350 E. Mount Diablo Avenue , Tracy , CA. 95376. Hirsch Elementary School , 1280 Dove Drive , Tracy , CA 95376 Kelly Elementary School , 535 Mabel Josephine Drive , Tracy , CA. 95377 Jacobson Elementary School , 1750 W. Kavanagh Avenue , Tracy , CA 95376 Freiler Elementary School , 2421 W. Lowell Avenue , Tracy , CA 95377 All labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to paint all exterior building surfaces of Multipurpose Room, Administration Building + K, and/or additional classrooms, portables, trash enclosures, and stucco walkways adjoining buildings per campus as shown on plans and specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, stucco repair or major trim repair, removal of loose and flaking paint, removal of all loose caulking and sealants and application of new caulking and sealants. All debris must be removed from the site and disposed of by proper methods. Work must be performed around school schedules to not disrupt or negatively impact District and site operations. Paint will be provided by Owner. Pre-qualification requirements: To bid on this project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' licenses: Class B and/or C-33. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the contract. The Bidder is also required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. Only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District to Orlandod@rgmkramer.com Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the District in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda and emailed , faxed , mailed , or delivered to all parties recorded by the District as having received the Contract Documents or posted on the District's website Questions received less than SEVEN ( 7 ) calendar days
