The Department of National Defence requires lamps, light emitting diode, to be delivered to CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. Line item 001 specifies a quantity of 1700 units for CFB Halifax, and line item 002 specifies a quantity of 1300 units for CFB Esquimalt. Both items have the part number NS0366, NCAGE: 0Z179, and are manufactured by Glamox Canada INC, GSIN: 6210. Bidders proposing an equivalent or substitute product must indicate the brand name, model and/or part number, and the NCAGE they are offering. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The estimated contract period will be 18 months. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
