The project includes the conversion of existing natural grass , sand , and clay athletic infields to synthetic turf infields across four (4) fields at two (2 ) project sites, and new fencing as specified , along with stormwater improvements . Each field at Meadowbrook and Congressional Fields will be prepared to the specified sports design standards. The Township of Livingston shall have no obligation to answer questions received less than seven (7 ) days before the bid opening date. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a properly executed individual or annual Bid Bond issued by an insurance or security company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, cashier's check or certified check made payable unconditionally to the Township of Livingston in the amount of 10% of the bid submitted, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00).
