Tenders are invited to furnish and deliver five (5) fracturing (frac) tanks and four (4) double-wall vertical, high-density cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) tanks, to the Calumet Water Reclamation Plant. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver the tanks, complete and fully functional, and in accordance with the sizes and details as specified. The tanks shall include all accessories and appurtenances, documentation and manuals, the written warranty to include all manufacturer’s written warranties as applicable, all transportation costs to include shipping and handling, and all permits as applicable. The tanks shall be delivered complete, with all specified documentation including all manuals and warranties, within ninety (90) calendar days of receipt of the purchase order. The Contract is divided, for purposes of bidding, into four (4) Bid Items as shown on the bid pricing spreadsheet. Bidders must submit bids for all four (4) Items as set forth on the bid pricing spreadsheet, or the bid will be rejected as non-responsive. The intent is to issue one purchase order to one Bidder for all material to be furnished under this Contract. There is no bid deposit required for this Contract. Bids will only be accepted electronically via upload to the Euna portal. Bids sent via fax, mail, email, or hand delivery will not be considered and will be returned. Instructions on how to upload the bid response are provided in the bid documents. Bids must be submitted using the project-specific Euna URL link provided with the bidding documents. Questions regarding the meaning of any part of the specifications or other documents should be submitted online at the District’s website. The District will only respond to questions received online up to one week prior to the bid opening date. All addenda issued will be available online and must be acknowledged in the proposal.
