Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The project consists of elevator replacement work in two buildings; the County Office Building located at 33-35 West Washington Street and the Circuit Courthouse Building located at 95 West Washington Street. Each building site includes the demolition and replacement of two elevators in their entirety. The work includes the fabrication and installation of replacement elevators, building modifications to accommodate the new elevator systems, and the necessary electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, materials and labor to install and operate. A Bid Bond, Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Bond are ALL REQUIRED for this bid. A site visit will follow immediately after the Pre-Bid.
