The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified vendors for Injection Well IW-1 Rehabilitation and Mechanical Integrity Testing (MIT). Vendors or their subcontractors or key personnel performing the work must possess a current and valid State of Florida Water Well Contractor license, as well as any other required licenses, certifications, and accreditations. Questions regarding requirements must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace. Each submittal must include a bid guaranty or acceptable alternative equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance which will be automatically added to the bid prices, with specific allowances for indemnification and undefined conditions. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline through the eProcurement platform. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or technicalities, and award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the City.
