Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Umatilla, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The project proposes the construction of a new raw river water intake pump station POD, and the portion of the new raw water transmission main on USACE property conveying raw water to the new WTF. Also included is the installation of fiber optic cables from the POD to the WTF within conduit installed as part of this project, as part of the pipeline construction project, and as part of the WTF construction contract. The major components of the project include construction of a pump station (POD) including pumps, fish screens, a hydropneumatic surge tank, construction of approximately 340 feet of 30-inch and 36-inch diameter pipeline from the pump station to the property line, and demolition of the existing CTUIR pump station and pipeline.
