General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Question Acceptance Deadline 06/09/2026 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor , materials , tools , and equipment necessary to complete the planting installation at Robina Plaza , in accordance with its accepted proposal . The total project budget is $25,000 . Each proposer shall develop and submit its own proposed planting plan ; the DDA has not pre - specified a plant list , and proposers are invited to propose the plant selections , sizes , quantities , and layout they recommend to achieve the objectives within budget . The selected firm will be expected to : 1. Assess and prepare the site : a . Review existing conditions at the eight raised planter beds , including the four beds with existing trees . b . Remove and dispose of marked existing plant material within designated planting areas , as applicable to the proposed approach . c. Amend existing soil (not full replacement ) and apply starter fertilizer to promote establishment .
