Site work for a civil project in Meeker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to repair and mitigate damage to drainage infrastructure and landfill protection features caused by post-fire debris flows, erosion, and flooding events adjacent to the closed landfill facility. The work is intended to restore drainage capacity, improve sediment control, protect landfill infrastructure, and reduce the risk of future flood-related impacts. All work shall be completed in accordance with the engineering plans, specifications, and details provided in Exhibit A - SGM Engineering Design. Reference Number 0000426519 Rio Blanco County (the "County or Owner") is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform stabilization work in the drainage channel and construct a new sedimentation pond at the 2026 Old Meeker Landfill EWP Project (the "Project"). The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services.
