Eastern Kentucky University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of an Architect/Engineer firm for a repair project for the Combs Building. No pricing, cost, or fees should be provided with your proposal. After the firm is selected, a Notice of Intent to Award will be issued, and negotiations will begin to agree upon a 'not to exceed' fee for the services. The awarded contract will be a Personal Service Contract (PSC) with a set not to exceed dollar amount, submitted to the Kentucky State Government Contract Review Committee for review and approval.
