Renovation of a mixed-use development in Harvard, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Remove and replace approximately 697 seats in The Bromfield School auditorium, to include ADA compliant seating (wheelchair and companion seating, bariatric seating and designated aisle seats). All questions regarding this procurement shall be submitted in writing to Mandy Ostaszewski no later than June 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM. All interpretations, clarifications, corrections, and changes to the Bid Documents shall be made only by written Addendum issued by the Awarding Authority. Oral interpretations or information provided by any representative of the Awarding Authority shall not be binding. Scope of Work The selected contractor shall remove and dispose of existing auditorium seating and furnish and install new fixed auditorium seating, including anchoring, floor preparation, ADA compliance and all related work.
