Given that several sites serve a vulnerable clientele and provide essential services (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), the SERVICE PROVIDER must maintain sufficient operational capacity to ensure the continuous safety of users, employees and visitors. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY divides the territory into 21 separate lots. A detailed list of the facilities in each lot is provided in Appendix 1 of the tender documents and forms an integral part of the tender, including references to the associated snow-clearing plans. TENDERERS may submit bids for one or more lots, but must indicate a fixed annual amount for each facility in the relevant lot(s) for each year, including renewal options. For lots #3 and #10, the 'snow discharge' section must also be completed. Any omission of a price for a facility, a year of the fixed term or a renewal option could result in the tender being deemed non-compliant. TERM: The proposed contracts are for a fixed term of three (3) years, covering the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029, with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each for the 2029-2030 and 2030-2031 seasons
