The Citys budget for this project, pending adoption of the FY27-FY31 Capital Improvement Program in June 2026, is roughly $1.5M to cover all engineering fees and construction costs. The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. All submissions must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Portal. Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the project's posted due date. Facsimile, physical or late proposals will not be accepted. The complete Request for Proposal is posted on the online bidding platform where notification of opportunities and submission of responses will be handled digitally. Information and assistance about the online bidding platform can be obtained by emailing the provided address. The City's programs, services, employment opportunities, volunteer positions, and contracts are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, handicap, or political affiliation.
