Site work for a water / sewer project in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are invited for the Colorado Avenue CSO053 SPP 337 Modification. Bids must be submitted with a certified check payable to the Buffalo Sewer Authority, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, or a bid bond in the penal amount of not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the aggregate bid. The successful bidder must furnish Payment and Performance Bonds each in the full amount of the contract with a surety company approved by the Owner and licensed to do business in the State of New York. Bidders must comply with all provisions of the Labor Law of the State of New York, including payment of prevailing wages as determined by the City of Buffalo Comptroller. All questions should be submitted in writing by the specified deadline and will be answered via Addendum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bidding process. Project documents can be viewed and ordered online or picked up in person for a non-refundable fee.
