Sealed bids are solicited for the 14th Avenue Stormwater Pump Station in the Borough of Seaside Park, Ocean County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available from Remington & Vernick Engineers. Payment of $50 per set is required before obtaining specifications; no bids are to be picked up or dropped off at the engineer's office or municipal offices. All bids must be delivered before the bid opening. Bids must be submitted on the prepared forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the bidder's name, address, and reference to the work. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than 10% (up to $20,000) of the amount bid, and a certificate letter from a surety company for the completion bond.
