Clark Contractors, LLC is accepting sealed bids for the installation of HVAC wall units on the 4th floor of Pesagi Hall at East Central University. The scopes of work open for bidding are HVAC installation, electrical, and exterior masonry repair. The project is subject to Oklahoma State statutes and administrative rules for construction management contracts, as well as federal regulations. Bidders are required to conduct a thorough site inspection to become familiar with the scope of work, and any omissions in the documents or specifications will not exempt the bidder from providing a comprehensive bid proposal. Bid bonding is required for bids over $50,000. All bidders must meet the qualification requirements as established, and both minority and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to participate. All workers may be subject to background checks. Bids must be sealed, clearly labeled with the project and contract scope, and delivered according to specified instructions. Late bids will not be accepted. Successful bidders must execute a subcontract agreement with Clark Contractors, LLC, and complete a prequalification process. The project is tax exempt.
