Site work for a water / sewer project in Jackson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install a 4" test well and a new 8" potable water production well #3, including drawdown testing, water analysis, and associated piping, valves, fittings, site work, electrical controls, emergency generator, site fencing, and other appurtenances as shown in the project plans and specifications. Proposals must be made on the blank form provided in the Contract Documents and enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked with the bidder's name, address, and qualified Licensing Number. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or a satisfactory bid bond, in an amount not less than 5% of the bid as a guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive informalities at their discretion. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with North Carolina statutes, but may be rejected if not in the best interest of the Owner.
