As of June 29, 2026, project is awarded to KN Environmental, Inc., but no amount available. A. The work of this section includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Vinyl composition tile flooring. 2. Resilient wall base 3. Resilient reducer strips, edge strips, thresholds, trim pieces, and stair treads. 4. Sub-floor and substrate preparation and leveling but not patching. 5. Seal top of base along irregular walls and substrates. 6. Three (3) coats of wax once work is fully completed. B. Sub-floor Patching: The Contractor shall patch sub-floors. The flooring contractor shall include in his/her bid a minimum of 1/8-1/4-inch-thick skim coat of moister protected latex leveling material over 100 percent of sub-floor surfaces. C. Multiple colored layouts are required to be installed by the contractor. Layout and patterns will be reviewed and approved by the Owner prior to installation. Contractor to provide samples at least two weeks prior to installation. D. The contractor must provide warrantees per the attached. E. The Contractor shall apply two layers of wax.
