The purpose of this bid is to supply on an annual agreement HVAC air filters and filter replacement services throughout Tarrant County buildings located in downtown and suburban areas. It is intended to award primary, secondary, and alternate contractors depending on the number of bids received. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest total bid meeting specifications. Bidders are encouraged to download all bidding documents from the 'Attachments' tab before the pre-bid meeting and review the 'Activities' tab for details on the planned pre-bid meeting. The contract will be awarded for twelve (12) months, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed, with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to agreement by both parties and the submission of updated required documents as specified.
