Hughes House II is a new affordable housing development planned at 5028 Avenue G in Fort Worth as part of the Stop Six Choice Neighborhood Initiative. Developed by Fort Worth Housing Solutions, the project will deliver approximately 302 residential units ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, including a mix of affordable, tax credit, and market-rate housing. The broader Hughes House development will ultimately include 542 units and about 12,000 square feet of commercial space across phases, replacing the former Cavile Place public housing and contributing to a long-term neighbourhood revitalisation effort.
