The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of modified bituminous membrane roofing and the preparation and installation of District supplied TRIMCO roofing system. : - Remove existing roof system and all associated flashings down to the decking - Remove and dispose of identified gutter systems - Seal seams and coat identified gutters with metal coating system - Replace all other gutter systems - Install gypsum substrate board over prepared decking - Install modified bitumen system Replace all sheet metal pans - Coat all ducts and vents with metal coating system Bidders must be licensed as a C12 or equivalent contractor. Bids must be sealed and delivered by the specified deadline. A mandatory pre-bid job-walk is required. The lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be determined by the lowest total bid price on the base bid and additive alternate #1. Bonds required include 10% Bid, 100% Performance, and 100% Payment. Duration to achieve substantial completion is 38 calendar days, with estimated substantial completion by August 5, 2026.
