Manatee County is requesting responses from qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services on an as needed basis for capital construction projects with an estimated construction value up to seven million five hundred thousand dollars. The intent is to select one or more firms to deliver professional CMAR services as part of a team with County representatives and the County’s selected design team. Projects may include, but are not limited to: roadway construction, intersection improvements, sidewalks, storm drainage, signalization, storm water construction, water main installations, wastewater force main installations, gravity sewer installations, reclaimed water installations, lift station rehabilitations, electrical upgrades at treatment plants and lift stations, and water and wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation projects.
