The scope of work is to provide a Video Surveillance, Door Access and Other Security Control solution for the Keystone Learning Center located at 775 W. Drahner Road, Oxford, MI 48371. The required solution consists of a Video Surveillance System (VSS), Door Access Control System (DAC), Video Management System (VMS), Site Burglar Alarm System, Warranty Services, Integration Services, and Training Services at no charge. The selected vendor will be responsible for procurement and installation of these systems in the facility under construction. Bidders are instructed to propose on all requested services, but may partner with other providers to supply a complete turnkey solution. If multiple providers are involved, all must be clearly identified with a synopsis of the partner relationship and identification of the prime vendor/contact. Proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline as a printed signed original, an unbound printed copy, and a thumb drive containing a single scanned PDF of the signed proposal and a copy of Appendix A in Excel format marked with the company name. Proposals must be in a sealed package containing the specified wording on the outside. Proposals must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between vendor employees and the Board of Education or superintendent and a notarized "Iran Linked Business Affidavit." Proposals may not be delivered via facsimile or email. Each proposal must be organized into the following sections: Executive Summary, Vendor Response Forms, Project Plan, Project Team, Product Information (technical specifications/data sheets), Electronic Copy (forms in Excel, other materials in PDF), Equipment Listing (BOM), and any additional information the vendor wishes to provide. All Vendors must submit the required affidavits and Bid Summary Document from Appendix A, indicating any exceptions to the RFP and explaining them as applicable.
