Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hoboken, New Jersey. Design plans call for the construction of a 12-story above grade, 165-unit multi-residential development; 2,050-square-foot retail development; 84-space parking garage; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project is the first phase of a large-scale redevelopment plan by the Hoboken Housing Authority in Hoboken, New Jersey, aimed at modernizing or replacing all 1,354 public housing units across six complexes. Phase one consists of a new 12-story residential building with 165 public housing units, approximately 2,050 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an 84-space parking garage. Designed by Inglese Architecture + Engineering and developed in partnership with Hoboken Forward One Urban Renewal Associates (RPM Development Group), the project also incorporates sustainability features such as Passive House standards, a green roof, and solar panels, alongside infrastructure and public space improvements.
