The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of providing maintenance and support services for an Eaton 93PM, 30 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system and its associated 144-cell VRLA battery system located at the Fort Yuma Healthcare Center. Services shall include routine maintenance, system diagnostics, emergency response, repair, and technical support to ensure continuous and reliable UPS operation. This requirement is being evaluated for potential acquisition under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 5307) and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. The Government is primarily seeking capable Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs); however, responses from all other small business concerns are also encouraged. Capability statements must clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement, including Eaton-specific experience, qualified technician certifications, emergency response capability, and a detailed support approach. Generic capability statements or marketing materials will not be considered sufficient for this market research effort. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
