Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The work generally consists of the demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with property improvements, site clearing, grading, seeding, and revegetation. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with all City and State codes and requirements. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the specified procurement website and marked accordingly. Proposals may not be faxed or emailed. Respondents must not attempt to contact staff members, commissioners, or agents associated with this CSP to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the CSP. Questions should be submitted in writing via the procurement website. Performance and payment bonds will be required, each for 100% of the total contract amount. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received.
