Site work for a water / sewer project in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are invited for the Cramer Plan Storm Sewer Improvements, designated as Contract 2026-3. The work includes approximately 1,350 linear feet of 15-inch PECP, 350 linear feet of 18-inch PECP, and 19 Type M Inlets. Proposals must be submitted on the furnished forms and include a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid, payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder must provide a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Compliance with the PA Steel Products Procurement Act must be demonstrated in the bid. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 30 days after the bid opening.
