Sealed proposals are requested for Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services. Bidders must be properly licensed under the classifications of “Industrial Cleaning & Material Waste Handling” or “Hazardous Waste Treatment or Removal.” The successful proposer will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the first year contract amount. Proposals should be plainly marked with the project title and contractor’s license number. The Parish reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will not be obligated until a contract is fully executed. Minority owned firms and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Special accommodations are available for persons with disabilities upon advance request.
